Sorry that it took some time for me to judge this properly, I had quite a bit to deal with in life so it got a little pushed up but anyway I have decided to give this one to daring girlfriend

----Avery. Avery was named Sabrina when xe was born, and plans on legally changing it to banish dysphoria after they turn eighteen.

----Avery was born into a very... queerphobic family. Xir parents were extremely Christian and resided within the deepest shades of conservatism. Xe experienced extreme dysphoria, and felt xe could barely stand it. When xe tried to ask xir parents about it, they dismissed xir and prohibited xir from talking to xir cross-dressing cousin. They believed that he was what was causing this 'problem'. They were partly right; Avery looked up to xir cousin and envied how well he embraced his identity. After that, Avery's parents forced xir into conversion therapy for many years. This drove xir into the murky depths of depression.
----While all of this was happening, Avery's friend pestered xir into signing up for a website called Tumblr. Xe gave in, because this annoying pal wouldn't cut it out until xe told her xe had signed up. Later, they could be found scrolling down the dashboard for hours. This is when Avery heard the story of Leelah Alcorn. Enraged and terrified, xe explored the topic more. Xe just felt a... force pulling xir into it. This was the kickstarter that began the process of Avery discovering their gender. Xe talked to other transgender people and heard their experiences. Xe researched and read all that was available to xir.
----It took ten years of this and positive encouragement from friends until... xe got to where xe is currently in life; barely surviving conversion therapy, and sure of xir gender.

It really felt like you put a lot of effourt into this one so congrats and take good care of xir
