Name;; Cessiar Mallory
Name Meaning;; Sorrowful and Unlucky
Name Pronunciation;; kah - seer | M - al - uh - ree
Nicknames;; Cessiar | Mal | Siar
Most used nickname;; Siar
Gender;; Male
Siar, despite the common ways of his species and the impression given off by his appearance, is rude, snide, grumpy, easily angered, and generally not someone you'd want to spend time with. Siar almost never fails to keep a perfectly unhappy and impatient scowl on his face, and if that isn't enough to let you know just how much he hates the world, do not fret, because he'll be sure to tell you personally. Siar is very vocal about his distaste for just about everything, which usually causes others to keep their distance. Which he'll have you know, he doesn't mind. Because he hates people, too. But something he doesn't quite seem to understand is that he needs people, more-so than he'll let on. Siar needs something to complain about, and someone to complain to, or else he'll get terribly bored and have no idea what to do with himself. Siar needs people, because without them he'd be alone, bored, and generally miserable. Siar needs to be the center of attention at all times, he's constantly craving the attention of others, yet somehow insists that he doesn't need social interaction, and that he'd be better off without it. Which is clearly a lie, albeit, he doesn't know it's one.

When Siar was young, he was adored; of course he was, because he was a gorgeous young child. Siar would smile and play, just like all of the other little children. And Siar was kind. He didn't like to make others angry or upset, he didn't like to argue or complain, or anything of the like. He was an angel of a child; the perfect little boy. But when he made a mistake, "Don't let your demons show" they would tell him, "lest they devour your soul." And strangely enough, that hit him. Hard. He became terrified of these inner demons that his parents seemed to think he had inside of him. He was afraid they'd come out, that they'd take over. So he tried hard to keep them hidden, to act kind to everyone just as he had before. But still when he made even the slightest mistake, "Don't let your demons show" they would tell him. And this time he was furious. He was angry at his parents for thinking that despite how kind he had been, he still could somehow have demons inside of him. Of course it was just a phrase, something to make sure he was always kind, but little Siar was quite oblivious at the time. And frankly, the damage had been done. There was nothing to do at that point, but to watch things fall. And so they did. He became angry, and grumpy, and frustrated with the world; always complaining and moping about. If only his parents would have paid closer attention, and realized they were breaking their son.
