another bump. If the other forms are not yet finished this week, the judging will start a bit earlier since...well...there isn't exactly a lot of forms to judge.

I think it's obvious who wins. Not only did they finish their form, but they were very detailed in their form, and I love how they molded her personalities with her history/past.
