Er, that is the runner up! I'm sorry it looks a bit similar to the main one, but there are only so many ways to draw Famine, haha. I assure you that the designs are significantly different though- the runner up has dark stripes rather than white stripes, has only a short mane, has large dark eye circles, and a maroon tongue instead of green!
