One day, when Nevada was all but a young plume, his mother gave him the scarf.
She said that she gave it to him, because of it always snowing wherever he goes, so he feels warm all the time. That the cold weather doesn't affect him, she did not know.
He questioned, 'Why the bell, Mommy?'
His mother replied, that it served the purpose of jingling wherever he goes, so that others knew, that he came and brought the snow with him. Nevada was happy, finding it a sweet idea.
The little plume was oblivious to the fact, that it had another reason too.
His mother didn't tell, that people were coming to her, angry about Nevada. They said Nevada shouldn't come near them, as he always brought snow, which only meant cold, sorrow and death.
For that reason the bell, so the people who don't want Nevada near are alerted and can scurry away, before he arrives.
Now, he wouldn't get into trouble.
It's pretty sad, yes, but she only wants the best for her dear son. And she knows, that honestly nice people that like him won't just run away, but accept him with open arms.

Nevada is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He loves to have any kind of fun. Being in the snow makes him the happiest. Nevada loves the snow. It accompanied him, since he could grasp the world. One of his favorite activities is to build snow sculptures. So many he has build already! Being artistic is one of his most prominent trait.
Nevada is social and a nice person. He connects to people fast. Always being in center of attention...he enjoys that a lot. If you meet him, you'll befriend him easily, as he is so outgoing and loves to interact. Even though he can be quiet and more collected, it rarely shows. Nevada is just to energetic to sit still much, especially when he is surrounded by others. When he is alone, he is much calmer.
Sometimes, Nevada tends to be very childish. When something doesn't go his way, he easily throws a fit. He may be very understanding and open, but from time to time, his temper takes over.

Darkrai scarf is like no other. Instead of keeping one warm Darkrai's scarf keeps him cold, nice and chilly. Darkrai had always wanted a scarf but he never liked the heat that the cotton and wool generated as he absolutely hated any sort of warmth or heat so he started to do research....finding the most heat resistant material ever made and then going a step beyond that modifying the material into his own personal fabric that was one of a kind. Absolutely no one else would ever have the same scarf as him. Next thing he had to think if was the design. This scarf he not only wanted to wear in the winter but also in the other seasons especially summer to keep cool as well as stay fashionable, so as a solution to this problem he yet again made adjustments to the fabric until he can change the color of the scarf at will using the original fabric he made and millions of tiny lights that could generate patterns on the scarf that doesn't interfere with its cooling properties.

Darkrai is also know as the masked murderer as his job is being a trained assassin for the Earth special forces. He is the one that the world's political leader sends out to exterminate those who are threats against the world before any of their wrong doings can be recorded and seen my social media around the world therefore eliminating the problem before the citizens know of the threat. He is call the masked murderer because he pulls his scarf up onto his nose and head to hide a part of his face and all his enemies is a slight 'cling' from his seasonal charms before they are killed.

Now, your probably thinking, who would want a dark red, old, prickly scarf that goes
around your neck? Haile does. Some say, love makes you blind? Well, this gal's love for her
scarf pretty much made her blind to the imperfections. Anyway, this scarf is extremely
important to Haile. You see, this was her step into adulthood. On Haile's 18th birthday,
her parents bough her a ticket to Alaska to see the northern lights. They paid for everything,
and when she stepped off that plane, a new feeling hit Haile. She was alone, and adult now,
her life was just beginning. Alaska is, of course very cold, so this girl decided to buy herself
a new scarf. She walked into the shop, and spotted a new, red, beautiful silk scarf. She
purchased it, and suddenly it hit her. This was the first thing, she had bought as an adult.
With her own money, her new life. This was it. Haile was an adult, her life stretched out
in front of her, and laid out for her to discover. Who could ask for more?

Yes, Haile is pretty quiet. Not exactly shy, but she isn't one to talk much.
This isn't because she doesn't want to talk, but this gal usually doesn't have
much to say.

Haile is a very gentle soul. Her voice is soothing and sweet, and always
is gentle around others. This also means she is kind, and mild in
temperament. She never really raises her voice, unless pushed to her
limit.

trusts others way too easily. She often tells secrets to new friends,

iska has always been a great knitter, shes been fiddling with yarm since she was a
toddler, figuring out braids, slip knots, finger knitting and whatnot. well enough
about that, iska had decided that she wanted to make a nice warm scarf, as the
next winter would be very cold. she had to knit and figure out patterns, not without
messing up. looking at the finished product, iska had hated it. She took the yarn
appart and started anew. the yarn had sat by her bedside and cold winters passed
getting even colder by the year. deciding she had gotten better with knitting, and
having gained more experience over the years, she took the same yarn and the
same pattern to construct a new scarf, that iska now adores. [129 words]
Personality:
Isk is generally a happy plumerian, who tries to bring happiness in the colder weather.
she is very happy for the most part, and does her best to be positive, and she believes
that each day is a day to remember. every day is worth living to her, up until the
day she dies. She tries her best also to bring happiness to others, even if some others
don't like the cold weather. even though, she looks past that to the bright side.
iska is actually somewhat of an introvert, not really talking too much, but always
listening and caring, just trying to be as helpful as possible.

the scarf. his scarf. wispy threads of the softest white cotton look like smoke wrapped around this plumerian's neck. under sunlight, small specks of glitter glisten in the fur-like material. he'd never let anyone touch his scarf, no matter what the bribery was. his scarf, crafted by the skillful hands of his ancestors over hundreds of years, never leaves his sight in fear of having the precious material torn of dirtied. it never gets dirty. always, the snow white look stays pristine and perfect. the scarf is never too tight, but never too loose, but always wrapped around his neck. some say it is obsessive, what he does, but there can only ever be one reply to such an accusation.

whose scarf? you may be wondering this very question. the wispy magic belongs to the male plumerian called snow, potentially owned by the user snowpelt (formally -rockpelt-). these minor details, however, are unimportant.

snow was raised in an extremely wealthy adoptive family, and when he hit the young age of 12, he decided to go against every rule his 'parents' put in place. he decided to explore the mansion. now, the mansion was rather large in comparison to normal houses, as a mansion should be, and snow was only allowed in certain rooms. grabbing a lighter, he went down into the basement, cobwebs brushing against his thin fur. luckily, no spiders were present. in and out of twisting corridors led snow to a chamber that would have been pitch black if it wasn't for the dim light in the center, coupled with his own lighter. he made his way stealthily towards the faint glow, only to find the most perfect scarf possible. upon grabbing the smokey material, an alarm sounded, and he ran. ran. ran. as the blood pumped through his body faster than ever, snow ran out of the basement and out of the mansion. he never returned in fear of punishment, as he could hear his 'parents' yelling as he ran.
