Belle had always had a knack with fixing things; making things; that sort of thing. So when she didn't earn normal bells, she wasn't surprised. She had a small one, mostly for small trips.
One day Belle saw a small Belldandy enter her working area. "Hello," she said hesitantly, "can I help you?" The belldandy looked at her. "I'm wondering where I can find a bell," he said softly.
Belle's eyes widened. "Well...I can make you one," she said, and got right to work. She cut out the silver lining, then cut out the steel. She burned the ends together and out came a beautiful bell. After the weeks of work, she presented the gift to the young belldandy. He was filled with joy, and ever since, Belle has had a knack for bellmaking.
