Ⓤsername;; Zoe-Underland
Ⓝame ;; Alice Maria (given by her adoptive mother)
Jeanne Maria (self-chosen/preferred name)
Ⓖender;; Female
Ⓟersonality;; Jeanne desires to be strong enough to refuse to let others walk over her but lacks the strength and self-confidence. On the inside, she is a coward. She originally took the name "Jeanne" so that she could feel like a true hero. Sadly, she did not acknowledge that names don't grant power, leaving her the same she had always been. She doesn't like being the center of attention and tries to avoid doing anything that would count as "showing off." While she is often afraid, she has small bursts of inspiration that allow her to shrug off what others thing and dive in to lend a helping paw to those in need. She tries to live by the words: "A hero is not measured by image but by deeds."
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕Her friends view her as a kind child, because she is docile and refuses to pick arguments with others. Just as Joan had gone from a peasant family to a hero, Jeanne desires to go from a "nobody" to a "somebody." She wants to earn her dream status fairly, making sure to put full effort in a task, and will not step down to low means to get the job done. However, when she finds she is unable to finish the task or requires help, she seeks the help of her friends, which happens quite often. She is generally ashamed of having to rely on others to do things and doesn't quite understand that she doesn't have to do things alone.
Ⓢtory/History of herself;;It was a cold and windy day, the waves of the east coast were lapping up against the sandy shore, before dragging back, and then repeating the process. It was around noon the sun high in the sky. Before a weary head lifted itself up from the sand, bits dropping off. What ever it was, slowly sat up. Shaking itself as it glanced wearily around the area. It didn't remember were it was, or what had happened.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕The creature stood up, her skeletal like frame making her look as if she was starved, but still had enough meat on her bones to live by. She knew what she was, she was the beauty of the Sea, a Siren. But why was she on this beach?
Was she unaware of were she was? It was obvious she knew of her positioning, or her own place on this beach. But could anyone tell her why she was there? Her thin frame slowly shambled down the beach, the sound of the ocean slowly vanishing from behind her.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕She walked up over the dunes of sand, and just came to a silent stop. Her eyes widening as the town below came into view. She was a small child, but even something so sudden would scare her. Not interest her. She started to step backwards, before she tumbled back. Laying on her back, stunned. She just stared up at the sunny blue sky above her. The wide span reaching far beyond her site.. A slight smile on her face, the young child let out a giggle. Before something got in her vision, casting a shadow across her face. Making her squint in confusion.
"Hello?"
Her Voice squeaks with the use, not use to speaking of those who are not her own. She watched as the other creature looked down at her, making her eep and try to wiggle down the sand. Obviously spooked by the sudden appearance of the lady. The Ladies name happened to be Lilla. A mother. She frowned as she watched the Child stand up, a look of worry crossing her face.
"Goodness me child! When was the last time you had a proper meal"
You could just hear the worry leaking off Lilla's tone. Making the younger shrink back more against the sand. Frightened. Her tail brushing against the sand, whimpering slightly. She was afraid. Afraid of the lady in front of her, and afraid of the new surrounding area. Of course it was a childish way to act, but goodness know's it was normal.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕She could hear the lady speaking to her, but most of the words just went in one ear. And straight out the other. She heard snippets of what the lady said. Like 'Name' or 'what are you doing out here' but other then that, she refused to answer and just buckled down into the sand. Shivering slightly.
The young child just stared up at her, before she felt herself being picked up. She let out a rather loud cry of disdain, wanting to be let down at once. Before something ran through her knotty hair.
"Hush now child, Don't be afraid. I'm not here to wish you ill will."
She could hear the motherly tone in the ladies voice, something her own mother lacked. Even though Jeanne was afraid, she curled up to the Lady, whom she found out, was a lady called Lilla. She let out a yawn her head tucked up against her own chest, as the sound of the waves lulled her to sleep.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕When Jeanne woke next, she would be in a plush bed, the blankets as blue as the sea, dotted with little turtles. Of course Jeanne freaked out, quickly sitting up. Before falling back down. a Headache blossoming through her temples, making her whine. She rubbed at her head with a paw. Before glancing up as the door opened, and the lady from Before walked in, carrying a tray with some food on it.
Jeanne glanced up at the lady, who placed the tray on the bedside table. "I hope you slept well dear. You passed out when I picked you up" you could hear the concern lacing the Ladies voice, which made Jeanne tilt her head to the side, "w-where am I?" Left her mouth. Her mind not even processing that she had spoken, "oh so you do talk" the lady chuckled, "your at my home. I took you here after I you passed out" she smiled, "here eat the soup, and drink the water. I'll be back later" Jeanne nodded, still thinking.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕Some time had passed since then, Jeanne was still living with the Lady called Lilla, she found out that the mother had a Daughter, and a huge fascination with turtles, she couldn't say her name. So Lilla decided to call her Alice. A name cute and Girly enough. Jeanne didn't mind really, but she would eventually tell them her real name, just at this moment. Her mind was elsewhere.
Jeanne glanced up as her Mother walked into the room, "Good evening mother" she smiled softly as Lilla nodded in greeting. "How are you feeling?" Lilla asked, which made Jeanne shrug. "Could feel better" she whispered. Nuzzling into her blankets she sighed. Jeanne had gone and caught a cold, all because she stayed out at the beach a bit to long. Not that she minded, she giggled as she remembered seeing the baby turtles hatch and crawl Into the ocean. She had made a little path for them, sheltered from birds above. She sneezed slightly, making Lilla tisk and place a paw on Jeanne's forehead. "Silly child of mine" she whispered softy. Watching Jeanne yawn, nuzzling into her pillow.
"sorry Mama" she whispered. Dozing off.
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕Jeanne was no fool to staring, or mean people. After all her sister was like that. She sighed and looked down. Her hair hiding her from the people around her.
She had just started school, something Lilla had been encouraging her to do for awhile now. She had begrudgingly agreed, not able to turn down her mothers puppy dog eyes... Again.. She sighed and walked into the school. Dread forming a pit in her stomach.
Jeanne had learnt that day, there a mean people. There are judgemental people, ignorant people, but there are also Accepting people. Jeanne had made a friend that day. A boy a year older then her. His name was Oliver, a very colourful, bright and cheerful dog. She sat with him and his friends at Lunchtime. Sharing tales, were as Oliver marvelled over her tail and markings. By the time the lunch bell went, Jeanne was happy. She had made friends and ignored anything nasty said about her.
She headed home, after bidding Oliver and Co. farewell, she made her way into the house. Only to be stopped by her mother. Who smiled happily, tugging her towards her Bedroom. She pulled her in. Indicating to the Tank on her back wall, making Jeanne's eyes widen, an even bigger smile crossed her mouth. Inside the Tank was a turtle, not a baby but not an Adult. She quietly walked closer. Not wanting to startle the thing. "Matthew" she mused. Giggling to herself, she liked that name. It was a soft Spoken name. "Mattieu" she stood up, smiling at her mother. Her chosen language at school was French, and she had class with Jacques one Of Oliver's brothers. She walked over to Lilla and hugged her, "Thank you Mama" she whispered. Before glancing around her turtle themed room.
"Now. This is Home"
♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕ ~ ♕Ⓦhat happened when i was Living with Lilla;;Well to say the least, she found me. She took me in, and she cared for me. As i was growing up i got really closer to my mother, and not so well with my sister. Mother taught me how to love nature, and love it's inhabitants, especially the turtles. But hey who doesn't like turtles.
Unfortunately, my sister Ryanna started to dislike me because momma started to favour me out of us.. Due to my like of Turtles and well most animals, you should see some of the pictures she took off my as a baby, she dressed me up as a baby turtle, and placed me in a room Decorated by Turtles.. it was cute, and scary at the same time. I Was Clingy to my mother, i'll admit that, i did't like leaving her side. But that was because she defended me.
I Remember when ever me and mom went out shopping, we would 'always' come home with something that had to do with Turtles.. Not that i mind, it makes me happy looking back at those items now and remembering all the happy memories connected to them.

She also loves teaching little children to swim, watching them as there faces light up with a smile, and watching them get out and talk to there parents excitedly, makes her smile. But she only teaches little children to swim, because Adults tend to be wary of her, were as Children love how she looks and ask her how she looks like it.
