A Little Bit More

Personality: Eggnog is a charismatic and cheerful young mare. She loves to celebrate and is the life of the part wherever she goes. Though she is kind and silly, she will fight viciously for her friends and family. If one of the other horses was calling her or her friends names, well they would be sorry quite quickly.
Likes: EGGNOG! Friends, parties, making other happy, being cool.
Dislikes: Party poopers, super bossy people/horses, boredom, un-creative horses and people.
Story:
Eggnog was just a little filly, only 3 months old when her barn name was chosen. It happened near Christmas, a large party was being thrown by Night Thorn Ranch's owner. The horses were dressed with garlands, some calm ones with lights or streamers. Eggnog was all dressed up, her halter twinkled with sparkly lights and a shiny red and green coat was on her back. Everyone was fawning over the adorable little gal and she was loving it! As Eggnog pranced about the people, something caught her attention. A large plastic thing filled with a creamy looking liquid. She approached and ohhhh! The liquid inside smelled amazing! No one was paying attention as Eggnog shoved her nose in and took a big sip. It was delicious! She started to drink more, suddenly shout from someone who had noticed her. Eggnog jumped back but the jug was stuck on her muzzle, she swung her head and it came of, spilling all over her in the process. The people stared for a moment and Eggnog worried she was in trouble. Suddenly laughter rang out around her, they were happy, she made them laugh. Eggnog straightened up and whinnied happily. Nyra strode over, " I think I have the perfect name for you little gal, Eggnog!" She chuckled. Now every year near Christmas Eggnog is given a bowl of eggnog to drink, she does sometime set it at other times of the year though

days dash past, or eilliea is an extremely gentle creature, it's almost impossible
to get mad at her, for she would simply give a gentle snort and nicker in a way
you simply will never be able to hate. she trusts a little to easily, which is one
of her fatal flaws. she is indeed mostly blind, and has learned to continue with life and
live without her sight. she is graceful and fluid, her senses heightened immensely
to help her cope with living in the dark for the rest of her life. she can be quite
stubborn at times, especially if she wants something with a longing.

eilliea's history is a bittersweet cobweb, wound full of ups and downs. eilliea
was indeed born with her eyesight. that isn't exactly the case anymore. her
blindness was cause when she was just a foal, oblivious to the dangers around
her and blissfully unaware to the horribleness earth had to offer. while
trampling through small fields by herself, she made the fateful mistake to
follow behind a tractor, approaching closer and closer in a curious manner.
pieces of rock and dirt flew directly into her eyes, which completely cut
off her sense of sight in one eye and badly damaged the other.
nobody believed that she could survive the next week,
which she spent basically knocked out. she awoke to darkness and noises,
which had scared her to bits. she soon learned to maneuver through
places, blind as a bat, and she now makes it look way to easy.
