[She loves to work hard all day is without dispute, to get the job done. Poppy excels in endurance races, and excels with her stamina and hardiness. She seeks to please, as long as she understands, if not, she will do it her way. Warm sunny days out in the pasture is how she loves to relax. Her favorite treat is an apple, with a bit of peanut butter if she is lucky! Poppy is very loyal and always stays by her owners side! ]

personality
maggie is a sassy mare with a big heart. she usually wants to be the leader of the herd, although a couple mares including the oldest of the herd, dakotaa grace, compete with her for the title of lead mare. despite her need to be leader and her competitive nature, she is purely a loving gal. she also understands humans very well and is usually at work descyphering what their words, but this isn't a good trait for her to have as she can be very sensitive when certain things are said by people. she doesn't do anything when she is offended or upset by what people say, she will more or less kick over a bucket or make a mess to show them she knows what they said. though she tends to be a bit of a trouble maker, she's still gentle and an overall wonderful mare. she's also energetic, especially when given the opportunity to run with a foal. she gets along best with stallions, colts, and fillies, and can't seem to stand other mares. she doesn't like being ridden much, she's mainly a feed me and give me attention type of mare.
