About this Iqena

Mar's days are spent in misery. A short time after he was born, he learned that the fluid he
emitted was highly toxic to most other living creatures. Anyone or anything he came into contact
with would contract a horrible illness in response to the fluid and suffer in agonizing pain -- in
some cases, it would lead to death. Distraught with this curse of his, Mar turned to a life of
seclusion. He isolates himself from anything that he could possibly hurt. It is indeed hard on him,
being alone all the time...But it's even harder to see his friends and family suffer because of him.
While this life of solitude has helped prevent anyone from contracting the illness, it has also
caused Mar to suffer mentally. If he ever did come into contact with another Iqena again,
he would undoubtedly struggle to interact with it.
