Art limited to 1 piece, Writing limited to 1 "subject" such as personality/backstory
Art is considered an "extra" if it is specific to the Parra.
ie. if you made a silhouette that can just as easily be used for another design, that does not count as an extra
You're in luck, I watch DW with my boyfriend. This Parra is not based on DW, though many are taking it in that direction (which is perfectly fine). I actually based off some scenes in GD's "That XX".

She cannot die of old age, she cannot form wrinkles as long ago she was cursed. This curse has formed what many call a personality. Io is one to be very wise. In her younger years Io was foolish and made many mistakes, including angering many who control over her. Io is come to for much advice and Io gives it, feeling good when she helps someone. Io has forced herself to live alone in a cave. This is because anyone who she loved or has loved has died.
Io is very soft spoken and will often stay to the sides and not disagree with people outright. It may be a bad trait to have, but Io tends to "bend" the truth. It's like if someone asks you if they look good in a dress and they don't, she'll say yes because she fears failure and rejection.
