When I first saw this little cutie, I thought of something tropical. And then, because of the colors, I thought of a mango! Mango is, of course, a delicious spherical-ish frui.

Likes

- Curling up on the windowsill and falling asleep
- Taking warm baths
- Making a nest out of things he finds around his humans's house
- Helping to cook by throwing every ingredient in sight into the pot and/or pan
- Making friends with stuffed animals
- Slithering out of the front room when someone knocks on the door
- Slithering out of the front room when someone knocks on the door on television
- Ignoring you when you try to explain what a television is
- Getting head scratches
- Ignoring his brother Smoothie's attempts to play with him (Smoothie is my other PTP, #011 c:)

Dislikes

- Being put in his bed at night, he'll either try to sleep in a different place or slither around the bedroom door to be let out. And xthen when he is let out, wants to come back in.
- Being woken up from naps. When you wake him up, he'll just hide somewhere and fall asleep again
- Toys that look like the mice he eats. That caused a couple trips to the vet.
- People who are too loud, such as human children.
- Changing his mind once he's determined to do something, such as sleeping in front of the television receiver.

Other Character Traits / Information

- Even though he prefers to lounge around most of the time, he does quite enjoy doing obstacle courses for exercise. Also, he is xvery loveable.
- While his brother will try to engage you in play time, he will gladly curl up on your lap while you marathon the Harry Potter xmovies and complain about how different they are from the books.
- When someone comes to visit his human's house, they are advised to not leave anything especially soft lying around or it will xmost likely end up missing.
- He does have an extreme fear of giant plushie rabbits. No one is quite sure why.
- One of his favorite smells is that of clean clothes. If you wear clothes with that smell, he will probably slither over to you and xnot leave you alone until you put him on your shoulder

PTP Name: her name is hawke.
Name Meaning: the name is based off the bird species which are called hawks. her personality is similar to a hawk, and i find it suits her just right. hawke is also the name of a protagonist in one of my favourite video games, dragon age 2. in my opinion, snakes (and reptiles in general) need cool and uncommon names - they're amazing creatures, and their names need to capture this.

PTP Personality: hawke is a very lovable snake - she loves to be held and cuddle up for warmth with people she is comfortable with. although she used to be difficult to get close to, hawke is starting to get used to being around humans. she loves attention and being the center of attention at all times and if she isn't, she'll try and be the clingiest possible to the closest person around. when in a 'quirky' mood, which happens quite often, she loves to hide and be sneaky. playing games like hide and seek are her favourite pass time, as well as sleeping, so in general, she sleeps more so than other snakes. she's a very needy snake, but it's worth dealing with for her companionship and loyalty.
