Black: Death, in the most general sense. The first colour that comes to mind for most. Black symbolizes darkness, sadness, and emptiness. This is the colour worn at funerals and is commonly associated with mourning.
White: White is a colour often associated with peace, heaven, and the other more positive aspects of death. White is almost always the colour that angels or other heavenly/divine figures are clothed in, and white is generally a peaceful colour.
Blue: The meaning of blue depends on the shade. Lighter blue normally has the same meaning as white, while navy blue has the same meaning as black. Middle blue, however, normally instils a sense of serenity. It generally represents the end of mourning and the end of tears; normally a colour that represents moving on after one has died. Sort of an in-between colour for black and white; black being pain and shock, blue being acceptance, and white being moving on.

Black: The color black is mostly associated with death and mourning, and is often worn to funerals in Western Culture. This color can also represent evil, negativity, darkness and unhappiness in many other cultures around the world. The black here could also symbolize the scars left on the left behind loved ones, or even the implication of the death being malicious, intentional, be it a suicide or homicide.
White: In Eastern cultures, white is a color that installs sadness into individuals. White is usually associated with purity and cleanliness, but it can also represent death, mourning and funerals. In some cases, white was actually the color to don to funerals. However, that has changed to black in the ideals of Western culture. In this case, the white would also represent the vast emptiness of non-living, the lack of life.
Blue: Blue is a color that can install trouble, defeat, depression and mourning emotions into individuals. The use of blue in these examples can be found in cultures like Western, Korean, Mexican, and Cherokees. Here, blue can be found and applied to visually imply how death might have taken place. The distress of the way of death, be it un-natural.

Black: When people pass away. Funerals are held in their memory. Black is the main color and is worn during them. Even the hearse is black.
White: The white light that it said to be seen when people are passing over to the other world. The bright light to heaven.
Blue: When a body dies. Everything stops. The corpse grows cold and the term being 'blue' is another meaning for cold or stiff. Dead. Of has been drowned or bruised. Beaten.

Black: Black is one of those colors most fear, its used in children's books as the scary shadows in the background and one of the colors that symbolizes fear. Black is portrayed as one of those colors that symbolizes a scary ending or sudden change that no one likes. In death its things like getting shot or dying from cancer, its ending like those that if I had to put a color to it would be black. Ancient egyptians and romans used black as mourning and so do most Europeans and american do these days. For my opinion I believe black to mean something heavy in the death department like one of those deaths that most fear to happen to them.

White: There are some colors that symbolize, and have a lot of meaning. One of them is white, white could meaning new beginnings or a start to something fresh and exciting but it could also mean something else. In some religions and mythology white in dying is symbolized as going to heaven and some people say they 'see the light' when they're dying. Also in japan and china white symbolizes as mourning. In my opinion I believe white to be acceptance to death, its not dark like black or dying from something you aren't ready for yet, its knowing your going to die and you accept it for what it truly is.

Blue: Though blue isn't exactly the same as black and/or white it still has its own meaning to death even if it isn't the exact meaning of death. Blue is often seen as calm or acceptance but it can also mean depressed or distraught. I think it could go either way on the term of death, so in my opinion I don't see blue as the exact meaning of death but the emotions of the people whether its the one dying or the family because they can be accepted of whats happening or they could be distraught because it could have been the last thing on their mind. Either way blue doesn't have a real solid definition on death but thats what I think.

Black: Black is the absence of all light. It is also the color that signifies fear. People fear the unknown, and one of the biggest mysteries of the unknown is the exact nature of death.
White: White is the absence of all color. It is pale, like something that is dead. It is bleak, as if there was no hope for life again. And it is cold, as if without feeling.
Blue: Blue is the absence of warmth. When something dies, it's skin develops a cold blue color, the color of unoxygenated blood. Blue is also a cool color used as a technique in paintings to reflect a sad or morose feeling upon the viewer.

Black: The moment of death, where you take your very last breath and prepare to leave your body. Probably the most pivotal moment in a person's death, since this is your "judgement"; during this time, I believe everything is dark and quiet, a solemn moment in which each spirit has a chance to either accept their death (in which they move on to their final resting place) or to reject it (where they become lost souls who wander the earth, stuck in limbo).
White: The color of most spirits; it is pure and innocent, an inherent brightness that drives away the darkness of their moment of death. This is also very quiet, a time of reflection, in which the spirit (if it's final home is chosen) where a guardian comes to collect the spirit and lead it to wherever home is. Or, if you were unhappy with your death or had unfinished business, this is where you left your body behind, and took to roaming the earth.
Blue: This is the little bit of purity that's most pivotal to your passing; a tiny blue orb, your Grace, is what deems you worthy or not to pass on to the higher spectrum, whatever you may call it: heaven, reincarnation, enlightenment, whatever. Only the truly evil will lack this piece of their soul; anyone else's grace varies, depending on the life they lead. The greater the Grace, the better chance one has at achieving a desirable afterlife.
