I would name this little one Perrin. I wanted to sort-of mix Popcorn and Lullaby into a cute name, so I used the "P" from Popcorn and the double-letters from Lullaby.

Gender;
I can see this babe as no other than a little girl.

Personality;
Perrin is really shy at first, but once you get to know her she'd a total goofball. She's polite to adults and overall quiet in public. With her family, she's always the jokester, trying to get people to laugh at her corny but original jokes and puns.
