Why? Casimir doesn't like calm and quiet - he enjoys chaos and disorganization. This stallion loves the gust of wind that ruffles his mane, the certain smell that fills the air just before the clouds break and rain slams down, and the cool rush of thick droplets that shower him. Oddly enough, Casimir isn't bothered in the least by loud, disruptive noises; he actually enjoys the unexpected crash of thunder and the flash of blinding lightning. It fills him with a sense of curiosity and amazement. He loves the endless torrents of rain and running in the storm. Getting muddy is just a part of what he does, and his wilder side comes into light when thunderstorms rage.

Why? Because as beautiful as the sunlight is, it easily hurts his eyes, and heats his darker pelt. He also doesn't like the rain, since it makes his tail stick to things, and the ground turns to mush. When it is overcast enough to block out the sun a bit, but not enough to rain, Scallo is as happy as can be. It is a perfect balance between the two things he can't stand the most.

Scamp will lay down on that green grass, and stare up into that blue sky, and listen to the birds sing. Not only is it his favorite weather... but his favorite time ever.

What would normally cause others to dash indoors, ___ enjoys rushing through the glimmering cubes of ice that rain down from the sky. Oh sure, it hurts sometimes, but that's all part of the thrill. To him, it's like a game. Avoid the hail. Don't get injured.
His favorite part about these storms though, would have to be when the clouds have cleared away. Countless hailstones lie now peacefully in the grass. With his friends, he runs around through the mountains and such, collecting as many as he can before they melt into the soil.
Hailstorms are all like a game to him, see. Every single time the hail clouds roll in, his heart begins to pound with excitement; another round of his favorite game has arrived.
