He loves the feeling when his warm air leaves his body, hye can feel every hair upon his hide prick. The air is incredibly fresh and crisp, like freshly fallen leaves. He gets extremely excited and full of energy like a young colt with all the sights and sounds that would normally frighten a foal. He however enjoys the many colors of autumn. Like a paint brush they twirl into many different colors and variations especially at the start. he very much enjoys looking at the colors of the leaves. The feeling of the smooth cool stone if he brushes up against a large boulder. The refreshing taste of clear streams and rivers. Ah how he loves the way the world changes when fall comes...

Answer: High summer on the plains of his birthplace is his favorite time of year. He loves those mornings where you wake up just before dawn and the air is already softly warm. The birds sing their soothing songs to slowly wake up the world around them. He knows that those days are scorchers and while he can enjoy the comfortable heat of pre-noon, he can also go down to the wooded stream and take time to appreciate the cool shade. Who can resist chasing dragonflies? Those jewel-like bugs just ask for it! Everything in the land around him is always bustling except for that during that high-noon heat and Rossalizar has always wondered why the air shimmers in the distance... Maybe it's a portal to a new place with new adventures? It only happens during the summer and he waits for it every year because who knows? He could get away from it all if he ran fast enough...

Answer: Tobias's favorite season is by far the summertime. The thermal wind drafts flutter and dance in the sky, bringing a cool, breezy relief to those bound to the earth below. He loves the moments when the sun beams high and bright- even when the heat gets to his head and he has to lay quiet in the shadows, hidden deep in the forests. He daydreams constantly of soaring high, chasing the wind and touching the clouds. But even life on the ground during summer is not all that bad, as the grass is lush, rivers run high with fresh, clear water, and life is rich and full and abound. Summer's light touches the sky with a fiery heat, and the air beyond shimmers with a light force that is inexplicable yet intricately bound to those delicate times of abundance...those times that are part of summer. Tobias loves to run below the birds who are constantly flying out and about, taking advantage of the wonderfup heated winds to propel themselves higher and higher- until, it seems, they can touch to sun. Answer: Without a doubt, Toby loves fall best. His red-flagged tail sweeps through the fallen leaves with a gentle ease, yet still makes a satisfying crackling sound- in fact, due to his coat blending in so easily with all the leaves dusting the ground in autumn, he can hide nearly perfectly, and so loves, loves, loves scaring his friends by jumping out at them from the leaves. The air brings about a brisk, crisp chill, and everything is peaceful and silent- brooks babble, leaves whisper to the ground, thunder rumbles ominously in the distance- a reminder that winter storms will soon be on their way. Toby cannot stand the cold bleakness of wjnter, and often flees to forest scattered about on high mountain hilltops to avoid the cold deadness of everything. Unlike fall, which is a lively and pleasant time despite the promise of winter soon and many plants dying, winter is just one step removed from the apocalypse- everything dead and flat and white, a numb, barren landscape. No. Instead, fall offers a nice, cool retreat from the harsh, neating sun during summer and trees' leaves dapple the ground with amber blazes of sunlight. The world sparkles, and is refreshing itself anew. Autum is serene and quiet, but at the same time full of bustle underneath the surface- it's no surprise why fall is a much-loved season for Toby.

Answer: Sumarlíðr, known as "Lad" to any Equid he might speak to, is fond of a very specific time of year, the small period of time where summer begins to give way to autumn. The days are still long, but breezes begin to blow, rustling his mane and bringing him delightful, faintly chilly nights where he can watch the fog creep up in the mornings, warning of frost soon to come. There is still green everywhere, amongst the rocks of his mountain meadows, but the leaves on the trees are beginning to turn at the edges, faintly stained in reds, yellows, and ambers. Lad must halt his travels when the deep snows of winter come, and the chilling, driving rains and storms of spring carry on, but through summers- especially summer evenings and nights- he travels. But he loves the temperate days that begin to come with fall, where he can travel all day and not grow hot and weary, and yet can still sleep out under the stars, away from cramped thickets and caves where he must shelter in the bad weather of other times. He will seek out the company of others at other times, but this time of year is his jewel, that he basks in and admires on his own, his red coat blending in with tall late summer grasses that have turned golden.

Helios's favorite time of the year is Autumn. Why, you ask? Autumn is the season when the leaves turn into vibrant, beautiful colors. Red, gold, orange and yellow, Helios loves it. The one thing, though, that he absolutely adores is the feeling of the dry leaves crunching under ones hooves. He loves it. Helios also enjoys the cold, misty mornings when the bright colors are subdued, shrouded in mist before the sun rises, leaving the cold chill and wet leaves.
