I felt like Terus was a nice name for him,
because it isn't too modern and flashy.

His name is Hayami . Hayami is a exotic name for rare and unusual beauty and yes it's a boys name...I think the name suits him rather well.His name was passed on from his father and his fathers father...it's a family name and Hayami is to give the name to his future son.His family is Hawaiian and they believe if they pass on a name for generations with a certain meaning they will inherit the meaning of the name.He prefers if you call him by his full name rather than a short form of it or as he likes to say slaughtering and spitting on the beautiful name your parents give you.

Hayami is a boy...his parents had two girls and one boy...he is the youngest of his siblings.His mother and father tried for a boy and got two girls which they were happy to have but his father started to get discouraged and finally Hayami was born...his father knew his familes tradition wouldn't die in vein the moment Hayami was born.

For his age Hayami is very mature...his family is rich and have a lot of responsibilities.His father told him "I won't be around forever...it's your responsibility to protect and honor this family" his family is rich from the mines and a jewelery company using the finest jewel for jewelery and their jewelery is very exspensive.His mother is a socialite and his father spent his days in his office with paperwork and phone calls..Hayami's parents way of celebrating his birthday was a card and a 100 bill...making him anti-social since he never got the right attention and love he needed as a child...but one day his mother sat down with him and talked with him about how school was going and how everything is and gave him a tail piece for him to wear it was a black string with a alexsandrite a beautiful light purple stone...it is his birthstone...his birthday is June 17th

Hayami has a black velvet string with a alexsandrite on it...it's simple but means a lot to him and costs 670$ because the alexsandrite was perfectly carved and polished to be put on a fancy velvet string with darker black tribal markings on it.Why it means a lot to him is because his mother gave it to him on his birthday and actually spent time with him for once...it was durning the sunrise and his mother made it herself...it riminds him of the cherished and treasured moment of laughter and happeniess he spent with his mom.

The anthem by Good Charlotte.It suits him because he is starting to realize there is more to life than responsibilities and he's starting to get rebellious because his father is trying to make him something he's not and he doesn't wanna be just like him...he doesn't want to be another stuck up spoiled rich kid

Alohomora is the name I've chosen. At first, I thought it sounded too feminine, but the more I looked at him, the more it seemed to fit. Alohomora is a spell to open locked doors in the Harry Potter books, and he's opened a heart which I try, for my own safety, to keep somewhat locked to most adoptables. I don't want to get overly attached. But he's unlocked my defences, and so I would name him Alohomora.

"I guess you'd like to know this, eh?"

Alohomora would be a male, partly because I thought I had no choice, and, I realize now, he actually just IS male.

"How long have I been alive?"

Alohomora's lived for 16 years. Not too old, not too young. Just right for him.

"You mean on that chain? Sure, you can know."
Alohomora has had a metal star patterned like a night sky on his tail that sometimes emits strange noises, these days sounding like "Alohomora". When he was quite certain he was alone, he would hold it by his ear and imagine he could hear a voice in it. When he lost it, Alohomora was heartbroken - it was his best friend. There is some debate as to wether it actually has some kind of spirit in it or not, but Alohomora hopes that it will come back to him some day.

I chose this song because it makes me think of his star encouraging him. It's a beautiful song, and it's lucky I could find it, as I often have trouble with theme songs.

Midgnightbird; I loved your form, the variance of art medias [traditional and digital] is a major turn on for me. The way that the theme song went along with his accessory was another big bonus, and the song itself showed me a cohesive character. However, the gender section really threw me off, the way that you said that he was male due to no choice really hurt the rest of your form, sorry! Although the name is adorable and I love it.

Krazy~Kalyn; I liked the cohesiveness you showed me of the character, but the rainbow letters were a bit too much for my poor eyes. Also, while the poem was meaningful and cute, as well as the accessory, I did state quite clearly in the first post that it must be art, one ordered, one done by yourself, and that it doesn't matter how terrible of an artist you are ^-^ The literacy of the form could have been improved as well; word choice, sentence structure, spelling, etc. Good job and keep trying though!

Little; The difference in art styles = big thumbs-up, but I feel like your accessory choice needed a bit more explaining, and again,with the gender, don't say that he seems female but is male, again, a major turnoff. And the name isn't very creative, it is down to earth and soft, but also rather dull, I don't see any significance to the character, only his appearance.

Klyse; The art is ADORABLE! I love it! However, there isn't much style difference. The theme song gave me a good feel for the character, not just with the lyrics, but also the tempo and instruments used; the accessory was simple, and I really liked that, but it wasn't meaningful. I really like that you simply stated his gender, and the short name description. I wasn't too fond of the fact that you said the name may change, but I also understand that characters often "grow out" of no longer fit their names. I liked how short and simple your form it, you stayed on board and remained focused on one thing. The problem I have with it is that I don't see a well-developed character, but I suppose that those also come with time.
