What I call home:
To your left is a garden of sugarsnap peas. To your right, dark purple flowers grow in black soil. Under your feet is a cobblestone path, with tiny chips glittering under the sunlight. Before you is a contemporary-looking house. It's a silvery metallic color, with many windows. There is a door made of steel in front of you. The moment you touch it, the door reacts to your touch and swings open. When you walk inside, you notice most of the house seems to be made of different sorts of metal. There is a spiral staircase straight ahead of you. To your left is an open doorway which seems to lead to a sort of living room, filled with multicolored beanbags and hammocks draped all over. You walk up the stairs. At the top, there is a wide hallway with two doors to the right, and two to the left. The nearest door is to your right. This door also reacts to your touch, and swings open, revealing quite an odd sight. Bubbles. There are bubbles floating everywhere, some large enough to carry a small jellybean dragon. They don't appear to pop, instead float upwards, seeming to vanish. You back away from the room and the door swings shut behind you. The next door nearest to you is on the left side of the hallway. It swings open, and you stumble upon what looks like it used to be a completely white room. However, over time, someone seems to have splattered paint all over, covering the walls and the floors. You check the next door. Behind it is a blue room, filled with... clouds. Yes, clouds, floating all around the room, forming themselves into different shapes, disbanding, and reforming again. Finally, the final door in the hallway swings open for you. Inside is something you would not expect, after the other whimsical rooms. Inside is nothing but machinery. Gears turning, steam whistles blowing, all of it making quite a racket. You back out of the room, intrigued. You look out the window at the end of the hallway, taking in the view. There is nothing to see for miles but rolling hills, meadows, and an open sky.
-just a little note, I made her house a bit modern-looking because I felt it would suit her, but I also had the interesting rooms to take away from the harshness of the steel and metal, as she is a child. Also, a note, the bubbles and clouds aren't magic or anything, they are made from machines controlled by the machinery in the last room. Thank you ^u^;
