Story:
i ran swiftly through the trees, my tail streaming out beind me. i listened to the air rush past, enjoying the feeling. i was out on one of my joy runs, taking advantage of the amazing weather outside. my blue body didn't blend in well with my surroundings, so i had to keep my speed at it's highest level to keep out of trouble.
i swerved around a holly bush, barely ruffling the leaves. soon i broke through the trees and came to a abrupt halt in a clearing. on the far side was a small cave, where i made my home. i walked into it. my cave wasn't very large, just large enough for me to store food during the winter and have a cozy place to sleep or rest. i circled once in my nest of dried leaves and moss and fell fast asleep in the soft fading light of day.
i was woken up by the sound of feet. not the usual pitter patter of small creatures scuttling on stone, or even the gracful sound of a wolf trotting across grass. it was a clumsy, stomping noise. it echoed and was like nothing i had heard before in my life. i opened three of my six eyes and saw creatures moving about in a small white room. i looked around and saw i was trapped in a cage, surrounded by other Irith dragons. most of them looked quite happy when one of the creature noticed them.
"hey, where am i?" i asked a grey male becide me
" oh, your awake-"
"Sinikka, my name is Sinikka." i said sitting up
"ok, Sinikka. you were brough in here by the humans to be adopted." he said
"adopted?" i turned my head to one side and looked at what he had called "the humans"
"ya, but don't worry, they are really nice!"
