WIP Story


Jess is a hopeless writer. Every second, every minute, every hour of the day he's scribbling on something. Whether it be paper, his paw, or even the ground, Jess is constantly at work. As creative as he is, Jess unfortunately can never seem to stick with one idea. With the attention span of a mouse, He rarely focuses too long on an idea and often moves onward.

WIP Form for now. Plan on doing some art tomorrow morning, as well as writing his story with his companion.

I was lead to a park after I was almost hurt by that angry kiamara. The tugging on my tail stopped, "thank you~" I said in a playful voice before looking down... only to see a strange kitten seeming to be smirking at me, "J'ai été sauvé par un chat?! No...pire encore. Un chaton décoloré mear?!" (I was saved by a cat?! No...even worse. A mear discolored kitten?!) I shouted in disbelief, the kitten started hissing and glaring, "Est-ce un moyen de traiter votre resquer?!(Is that anyway to treat your rescuer?!)" the kitten hissed in French, "okay, I'm sorry...I was just surprised. How did you save me anyways?" I questioned the kitten, the kitten smirked, "with these~" she purred before showing me what looked like a bomb before throwing it on the ground, the bomb exploded, smoke surrounding us, "so your a trickster?" I asked, the kitten nodded, after that I found out the kitten understood me better then any one else, I also learned the kitten was homeless and nameless, I asked the kitten if she would live with me and she accepted, I also named the kitten Asharura, ever since that day we have become inseparable, the best of friends.

{ username } • Lady Masquerade, at your service. I guess you could say I'm a bit well known around here, considering I'm a Kiamara Moderator. This would be the main reason I'm afraid of going after adopts. I don't want to be bashed if I win. I want people to know that I, like others, am trying my hardest on things just like others. I'm not a cocky person that feels like I'll win because I'm a Mod, I'm quite the opposite. I feel like I won't win because I am this, so things are reversed. In the end I want my username to be known as a very active, loyal and loving owner of Kiamaras.
{ name } • Chess. It took me a long time to think of a name for him, since I really wanted something that clicks. Something that fits him and will ring along every time I see him. I thought of the usual, anything that went along with Jester or Joker. The name Loki was a pop up, but I ushered out of it since Bonkers just made a Loki based Kia, and I didn't feel like the name matched for me, though it could easily for another user. The more I thought about it, the more he reminded me of something the Red Queen or the Mad Hatter would create from Alice in Wonderland. I knew I wanted a name that went along with this, and that's when Chess came into mind. Like the Cheshire cat, it just fit. It clicked when I wanted it to, and rang in my head like the bells on his tail and hat. I adored the name.
{ animal friend } • Chess' animal friend is very strange and unique. Chess has always wanted to be the star of the show, and knew that if he was going to grow up and be known by everyone, he needed a partner that would help him achieve this. Far and wide her searched, hoping to find someone. Sadly, the jingling of his bells scared almost all the animals away. All but one. He claims it to be an "Elephant Mouse", though it isn't like any the others have seen before.It's a very strange looking creature, looking like an actual mix of an elephant, and a mouse. Chess adores it, and named it Tiny, after his small size and a joke to the "Elephant" in his name.
{ quirk } • Chess, believe it or not, has bad hearing. He isn't deaf, but it's hard for him to pick up on certain words and understand what those are saying. Because of this, his speach isn't developed right and he often mumbles things, and messes up with words. Tiny is a huge confidence booster, and helps him know that he isn't alone. Because of his situation, it adds onto why he has the bells. They help him hear better and clear his thoughts, making things easier for him.
