I chose this wonderful name because he loves to stargaze and I wanted something
original. I think that this name just suits him fine, just fine.

Reserved, defiantly a word to describe Gaze. He doesn't socialize much and prefers
to stay to himself, but he does need company and is always open for a new friend.
Gaze loves to listen and does not speak much, but he does know when to. He knows
how to deal with the snotty jerks and make it through life. Gaze also would be
known as a little quirky, he is fidgety. No one really knows why, though. Just a natural
quirk.


Why have stars if not to wish upon them?

Obviously you have observed Gaze's unique jewelry necklace shaped like a diamond
filled half way full with stardust. But have you wondered where he obtained such a
rare, priceless piece of jewelry? Listen closely and you'll probably figure it out.

On a clear december night I was sitting on hillside with a quilt spread out around me
to serve a comfortable sitting area. Everything was peaceful, I was stargazing because
it was holiday season and I wanted to do something fun with myself. I am glad that I
don't live in a city because all of the lights kill the mood and the stars. But little did
I know that this night was going to change me forever.

I was about an hour into the night and I saw shooting star blast across the night sky. Out
of habit I wished upon it. I wished for a miracle, not that I need one. But I just love special
things, especially around the holidays. Before anything happened I sat for awhile wondering
if my wish would come true. Probably not, mainly because it has never happened before.

I was focused on this strange star that appeared out of nowhere and seemed to be getting
bigger. It became larger, larger, larger, then it crashed into the ground next to me. I
jumped back in shock then padded toward it to investigate. It wasn't, in fact, a star at all,
but a small silver orb with black string on the inside. I twisted it open gently pulled out the
black leather-like string.

Attached to the end of the black string was a diamond shaped glass container filled half way
full with some sort of dirt. Then a small piece of paper appeared in the orb. It read Stardust.
So i figured it was star dust. Honestly I had no idea what star dust was, so i figured it was best not
to open it. Ever since I found it I have kept it on and never let anyone touch it. I just recently recalled
on what happened only half an hour before. I had wished upon a star for a miracle, and I got one.

Wishes really do come true.

People want, but some need..

At first I was not too fond of his design. I love stars but he just didn't click with me. But he slowly
grew on me and I decided that I may want to try out for this wonderful ball of fur. I did not make
a form right away, I slowly convinced myself that I really want him. I think that Gaze could become
a great character and have such a unique and special personality.

I'm so sorry Fox! I won't be able to finish (let alone start), because my main computer has been brought in to be fixed because of an issue with the login and such. ))
