Rune is a bit of a mess. He takes things to personally and doesn't always know how to Deal with situations in the best way. He often covers up his true emotions with posturing or becoming frustrated, although he wants to come off as a strong individual he is not, and only those close to him really know and understand what goes on inside his head. He isn't all bite though, when Rune finds what he believes to be true love and companionship he cherishes it and can be very loving. It takes a long time to gain his trust as he sees the would through anything but rose colored glasses, but once he sees that someone actually does truthfully care for him, he is forever loyal.

Rubicon tends to stray away from the herd. Being shy and,
most of the stallions are quite rude to him. Rubicon hasn't yet found
anything he’s good at and thinks he’s a useless part of the herd, although
he’s quite good with foals. He stays near mares and young Equids because
they aren’t quite as rude. When he was a younger Equid, Rubicon was excellent
at everything he did. Sports, mare-getting, you name it, he was exceptional at it.
Now he is extremely timid. Through Rubicon’s timidness, he is extremely clever
and funny. He also is very sweet and kind. Need help? Ask Rubicon. Need to talk?
Talk to Rubicon. Can’t scratch that itch? Rubicon’s gotcha covered. Your Boo-Boo
need kissin’? Ask Rubicon. Need to slove for X? He’s an Equid. He ain’t gonna
help you with your homework, silly child. He tends to help the Mares take care
of their foals. Though, through doing that he made some of the mares see him
more as a brotherly figure rather than a mate and this makes it hard to find one.

He is a perfectionnist and likes everything done his way, for it is the best way. He is a gentleman in all respects and will even prefer a battle of the minds to that of hooves. The treatement of mares is of the upmost importance, for one cannot act like a smuck around a mare, that is not polite nor appealing.
He's very sage and will give advice to those who seek it and will do his absolute best to uphold the best interests of all involved.
