Swirls through his fur
A lone shadow
Through the night
Soaring above
And beyond
Nothing could compare
To the majestic glider
That flew through
The night air
A single figure

The stars twinkle

The rays of the moon

His stripes wrap around
His brown figure
The moon gazes down
At this startling glider
He lands in the treetops
His eyes glisten
Fearlessly
Nothing could stop this creature

But only some may know

Tiny balls of fur

A little brown creature

Floating round and round
The little brown thing
Sings while swirling down
Chirping to his friends
And creating slight panic
Havoc
Chaos
Bounce

The bad brindled thing
Has knocked pine cones down
The best of the food
Is laying on the ground.

Just a sad poem. xD I'm really bad at writing but it's alright. I was trying to convey a little personality into it because I really really like him. <3 Good luck everyone - my sad poem is no comparison to some others. xD I at least wanted to say I tried. c: <3

I was climbing in the trees,
Where the birds used to sing,
In this dry deserted wasteland.
I heard a noise from behind,
And whipped around to find,
A sweet little glider looking up at me.
He gave me a small nip,
And said his name was Chip,
But I just stared at him, stunned.
He asked if I could play,
For it was a bright and sunny day,
But I could do nothing but gape at him.
He tilted his head,
And asked me again,
And I finally said yes.
He gave me a playful prodding,
And I found myself plotting,
On a way to take him home.
I asked if I could be his friend,
He said he didn't want to offend,
But we would probably never see each other again.
I said that's probably not true,
And that neither of us really knew,
So he accepted my request.
We had fun all that day,
And he asked if I could stay,
So we wouldn't have to part.
I said I would have to go home,
To gather all my clothes,
Before I could even think of staying.
He made me promise,
With no reluctance,
That I would come back.
I told him I would be back the next day,
And that I would be there to stay,
So we could be truly together.
I always keep my pacts,
So the next day I packed,
Then left to be with him.

Scampering up a tree
Where I find many others,
Just like me,
I smile,
For they always greet,
Me with such friendly-ness,
Its my little treat,
I always stick near them,
On the stem,
Of our great oak tree,
While Bay nibbles on lunch,
I go searching for nuts,
When I see,
The strangest thing,
A human-being,
Right next to our tree,
I go and scamper,
Right next to pampered,
Pampered thing,
And bite it.
It lets out the most delightful scream,
So I run back to the others,
To warn them,
The tree may be in danger,
Though no more humans arose,
We still stick in the low's,
Of the tree,
For our safety.

First storing food for the winter,
Pine needles, Pine cones, and your favorite...Blueberries!
We also need some nuts,and also we will pick out some cherries.

Then you'll to need to soar in the sky, feeling fly, oh so high.
I'll have to stay on the ground, and wave a very good bye.

I look at you,your chocolate fur is so deep,

Leaping from branch with the slightest of ease,
He catches a lift on the soft summer breeze.
Spreading his arms he takes swiftly to flight,
animals below following his plight.
The pines above him are where he calls home,

although Ergon is most certainly known to roam.
His striped pelt blending with the sunlight on leaves,
the soft fur the color of the bark on the trees.
He lets out a chirp to call for a friend,
in this fellow's eyes, Summer shall never end.
