The water here is calm, the reef's gentle embrace shielding the nursery from the restless tides. Strands of seagrass sway in rhythmic waves, sheltering the smallest lives drifting between the coral. Tiny fry flit through the shadows, their small figures catching the glow of bioluminescent light.

Deeper in the cove, where the ocean hushes to a whisper, two Hydrafelidae move in slow circles, their forms weaving through the water in quiet understanding. A bond, unspoken but certain, forms between them as they drift toward the nesting grounds.

Here, beneath the watchful sea, the next generation will take shape - some mirroring their lineage, others shaped by the mysteries of the deep. No two tides are the same, and with each new wave, the ocean brings something new.
