Wrigley watched Voices' paws move swiftly, and nodded along. He gives a thumbs up and snatches up the vocal translator. He sees Voices sign a,"be careful!" at him, so he places it back down and decides he's better off inspecting it while it's on the table. Wrigley shuffles it around a bit, squinting at the small buttons on it to see if anything was glowing, and if there were any big red buttons he could press. Voices loomed over his shoulder, watching like a hawk.
"Have you ever broken this before?" Wrigley inquired. Perhaps Voices had come up with a solution in the past, but unfortunately, the grey chicoon shook his head.
Voices signed, "No. Usually I'd bring it to a repairchicoon or even get a new one... but I don't have the time right now!" Voices looked sad and sniffled.
"Don't worry! I'll get this fixed before you can say- well, sign -wriggly jiggly wiggly worms!" Wrigley assured Voices, who promptly began attempting to sign Wrigley's rhyme. Wrigley took another look at the vocal translator, and noted that the big red dial had come detached. There were small wires sticking out. He perked up, and gently pressed the wires inside the dial. He then twisted the red dial back into position. There was a crackle, then a small whirr-ing sound. Voices promptly ran over, excitedly signing at Wrigley.
"Thank you! You've fixed it!" He signed awkwardly with one paw, as he put on his translator with the other.
"No problem! I saw that in a movie, once," Wrigley honked proudly, "We should watch it sometime!" Voices nodded in excitement as he began to clean up the remains of his previously exploded experiment.

Lol,,, i'd imaging voices sounding like Dug from Up!!,, which is the movie Wrigley was referencing :]
