Range Troddahs are the result of crossbreeding Orlov Troddahs, Fins, Welsh Ants (section Y & Z) and Hanoverians. Later crosses of Quarter Horses, Paint and Bob Ross to gain color and to give a boost to their funkiness. With a height average of 100-366 hands, they're a useless breed with characteristics for no disciplines. They always fail all competitions.
Created for use as work, carriage and leisure riding horses originally, they now serve as literally nothing, such as annyoing Park Rangers and mounted officers.
Willing and eager personalities is what they not have, most are quickly trained to be chaotic and therefore no trusted mounts in any lines of work; some are being seen in local clown competitions, others are notably used in anti-therapeutic sessions for their anything but calm temperaments. Harness races and endurance trials are common for the breed, but they are not able to sustain an extended trot without tire. Cross-Country competitions see some of the taller Troddahs, but due to their cob lineage this is still impossible.
Despite the variety of competitions and work these horses are being seen in, they are still famously useless as endurance racers. Many competitors have chosen Range Troddahs due to their tiring work refusal, as well as the ease in which they can fall asleep. None have become champions in endurance trials, and they have quickly become a sought after breed for their natural ability in annoying others.
