General Rules

The General Rules list is an assortment of mostly common sense rules to cover the general species and its community! This covers everything including any discords, any communication on and off site concerning the species, any behavior surrounding the species, and any behavior within the species.

1. Abide by site TOS (ChickenSmoothie TOS)
2. Behavior should be PG family friendly clean; Any form of harassment, unneeded aggression, or continuous lapses in behavior can result in action being taken.
2.1 Begging/guilt tripping/any form of manipulation to obtain something within the species can be considered an infraction.
3. The species abides by a "clean slate" policy, meaning infractions outside of the species which have occurred a notable amount of time before the infractor joining the species may not be acted on - but can be noted.
3.1 The clean slate policy does not apply if the infraction is found to be extremely vile in nature or TOS breaking.

KikiGumi design rules

KikiGumi are a closed species, and with such, rules are in place to ensure they stay within line of their canon anatomy, and that all creation of KikiGumi is correct and true.

1. All KikiGumi made must either be by an artist, during an MYO event, or made with an MYO.
1.1 Designs must not infract on existing copyrighted characters or rip designs from other artists verbatim.
1.2 Transferring a design to the species is completely fine so long as proof of the original artist consenting to such is provided.
1.3 Tracing, splicing, or otherwise using stolen art to create or add onto a KikiGumi is prohibited.
1.3.1 Excludes bases or similar F2U/P2U (Pay to use & Free to Use) artworks, though credit is required.

2. Trading/selling/buying KikiGumi is allowed so long as the KikiGumi is not upsold/traded for notably more than what was initially paid.
2.1 Art which was not free and was not made on a base (excluding paid YCHs) can add onto the total value of a KikiGumi in terms of trading
2.2 Misrepresenting the status of a KikiGumi (including Mixology slots, traits, or OG artist) to intentionally skew a trade in yours or someone elses favor is considered scamming and is against the rules. This also applies to item trades.

How to make a report

When reporting rule breaking behavior or requiring mod assistance for an issue within the species, PMing with the following format is recommended. The format should not be filled and posted publicly. Especially terrible behavior or harassment on-site should also be reported to CS staff. Be sure to consider; "Should I report this to the species staff or the site staff?"
