To keep from flooding the Oekaki with chick images (which are cute, but not everyone will appreciate it), we'll be keeping the chicks on the website as well. Once they mature into adults, they will have their own Oekaki post.

RULES & INFO:
Each hen has a total of four (4) breeding slots.
Currently at this time, there is no way to increase the amount of slots a hen may have.
Roosters do not have a limit.
As of September 2022:
Chicks may no longer be sold for C$!
Chimkin-swaps, outside species-swaps (if the other species owner allows this) and art trades are still fine!
Each player is required to update their hen slots in their Coops (as well as keep their Coops updated in general), and this will need to be completed before filling out a breeding application. (This includes Staff!)
Standard x Standard = 2 eggs [Standard]
Standard x Fancy = 50% for 2 eggs [40% Fancy, 60% Standard, second egg always Standard]
Standard x Easter = 1 egg [20% Easter, 30% Fancy, 50% Standard]
Fancy x Fancy = 1 egg [Fancy]
Fancy x Easter = 1 egg [30% Easter, 70% Fancy]
Easter x Easter = 1 egg [Easter]
The Nursery comes at a FCFS basis when artists are able to fulfil the requests.

Chimkins that are related CANNOT breed together!
Hens are far more commonly hatched than roosters.
There is roughly a 10% chance for a Standard to hatch as a rooster.
There is roughly a 5% chance for a Fancy to hatch as a rooster.
