Application Center!

Here is where you can apply to begin YOUR journey across the
galaxy, meet tons of new friends, and help unlock the secrets of the universe
with us!

Make sure you're up-to-date with the I.C.P.A 's full list of rules and
guidelines before applying to begin your adventure!

Each planet may have a different set of rules,
so make sure to read the TOS and Rules for the planets!



As we expand our data base and discover the critters we have yet to meet,
our Home Base will expand to include more things,
so remember to check back weekly!

Vocab Guide


Cadet:
A character adopted
on plant Earth.
You must have at least 1
Cadet to adopt from
another planet.

Friends:
Characters you have
adopted from other planets.

Aliens:
Characters that are not
under planet Earth.

Badge Number:
Your characters ID #
used for Archive purposes

Application:
Adoption Form

Rookie Box:
A box given to any one
in the galaxy to denote
that their character
is accepted.

Passenger ticket:
MYO ticket for
a planet other than Earth.

Void/Retired:
A character that is no longer
wanted by the owner,
and is unable to be rehomed.

I.C.P.A:
The Intergalactic Critter
Protection Association.

Planet Mascots. You can
find all representatives
we've met so far
under our "Friends" post!

All CS Rules Oekaki rules apply, IF you are unfamiliar with the CS rules,
please take a moment to refresh your brain here!

The I.C.P.A is an interactive adoptable series loosely based on Octonauts.
Yes, Octonauts. Each planet is its own species. Some planets are closed, while others may be semi-open to users registered with us. In order to adopt from other planets, you must be registered with the I.C.P.A. You can register with the I.C.P.A. at anytime, on planet Earth, for free!

You may not harass staff members, or other artists for any reason.
If there is an issue please contact me personally through PM.

↳ Characters + MYOs

Characters created must follow their corresponding planet's trait list,
all accessible to users on the planets profile.

All characters must be original.
You may not breed any pre-existing characters.

You may hire another user- on or off the staff team- to create a MYO for you. However, users not on the staff team are prohibited from making a bustling business out of creating MYOs. This includes making a hefty profit: any payment over C$150 will result in the user being warned by I.C.P.A. staff. You can always apply to be an ghost/official artist through PM!

All MYOs must be approved before adding Headphones and thus considered official.

You may not make covers for your characters profile.

The information on your character's profiles must be correct,
If you happen to catch a mistake i may have missed,
feel free to notify or correct me!

You may not sell Cadets or Aliens for any form of in game currency, or real world currency. If you no longer want your Cadets or Aliens, you may raffle them away, gift them, or retire them completely.

Cadets may not be traded, However, you may trade Aliens for other aliens regardless of planet.


↳ Ranks + Badges

Ranks and badges are granted through special circumstances.
Staff members must vote together before awarding certain badges.

You may not transfer Cadet badges between players.
If you want to raffle your Cadet/s away, your cadet rank starts over at Rookie.

You may not alter your Rank, or Rank badge in anyway.

You may not display badges or ranks you do not own.

MYO Request + Cadet Creation

We want everyone to be able to participate in the I.C.P.U adopts,
Therefor we have decided that earth will be a semi-open species,
and that all CS users are entitled to 1 free MYO, redeemable at any time.

This post will explain how to apply, and get your Cadet approved!

Every approved cadet must have a pair of headphones, its the one required trait.
However, you may not add headphones on to your character until after approval
as this item signifies that your character is official.

upon approval,
your Cadet will receive their headphones,
and their badge number inside a Rookie Box:



If you haven't received a Rookie box,
then your character is not yet recognized by the I.C.P.A !

If you're confused we have an example post here that you can check out!
Exitium agreed to let their Cadet be used in our example in
exchange for a higher rank!

Guidelines to remember while creating your Cadet;

While we are testing the waters for this project, some rules are subject to change.

You may:

Edit your cadet's skin color/tone,
expression, weight, chest, and size.

Commission another artist, on or off the staff team,
to create your MYO for you; However you may not
pay them more than 150C$ or pet equivalent.

Color your headphones prior to acceptance.

You may give your character
any trait an IRL human can have,
including but not limited too:

Hair color (dyed or natural)

Skin details or conditions such
as vitiligo or Pityriasis versicolor

1 limb amputated

Tattoos that cover less than 25 % of the body

You May not:

Edit the eye shape, other than adding lashes.

Edit the headphones/shape nor style as a Rookie rank.

Add your Badge # or headphones layer prior to acceptance.

Edit your rank badge in anyway, this includes color.

Delete or remove my signature.

Wips or Covers for your Cadets.

You may not give your characters unnatural traits,
such as:

Tails, Animal ears, fur, Unnatural
skin tones, Tattoos that cover more than 25% of the body,
or anything else not listed.
