The sky has gotten darker. I don't think many have noticed, the change is minor, but concerning nonetheless.
I fear that this is not a simple change of seasons.

This list is a prototype, it may change as time goes on

.human gene splicing
.more than one legendary trait on one leoncino
.more than 3 very rare traits on one leoncino

.Shapeshifting should be rarer the more it affects the body (overall rarity should not change):
[common] small things like slight pattern change, color, pupil/iris shape/color change, claws/fangs/horns length change
[uncommon] gene splicing is 'reversible' (can hide fins, scales, wings or other)
[rare] full-body transformation, alt-form
.Power expression, halo, and unnatural blood color are expressions of the lion's powers, powerless lions can't have those traits
