A cloven hooved, winged mammal, Sheer are (you guessed it) a hybrid between Sheep and Deer. This species' purpose is to walk within people's dreams, in order to watch over the events that occur in them. (This includes daydreams!) They do this so that they can vanquish any evil energies/spirits which try to invade dreams, in order to make sure that their Protected* is free of nightmares or anxiety-inducing dreams. This makes them an overall* compassionate species, meant to guide and protect human beings. They are adept at removing anxieties, depressive thoughts, or doubts within a human, making them the perfect comfort companion.

These creatures are found all over the world and have adapted to be able to survive within any climate. They are extremely dedicated and hardy creatures, and will change themselves if it means they can care for their Protected better. This is easy for them, however, because their genetic makeup is quite easy to change.

*Protected: the person whom a Sheer regularly watches over and guards
*Overall: I say this because certain Sheer (Nightsheer) deviate from the intended 'dream guiding' path. (this is rare)

some Sheer are more deer-like, and some are more sheep-like!

-Sheer are a closed species: you cannot create your own Sheer unless you have a MYO ticket-
-You cannot sell your Sheer for any form of currency, not even stardust-
-You may trade you Sheer for another Sheer with permission from me-
-Respect all staff and community members! Make new members feel welcome <3-
-You may own ten Sheer as of now-
-Following the above rule, only 3 of your 10 Sheer may be a custom-
-You may not edit your Sheer (hair/fur edits, color changes) without my permission-
-You may change your Sheer's expression or add accessories-


For Staff:

-Artists can create as many Sheer for the public as they wish-
*-Upon joining the team, any staff members (excluding guest artists) get one free base custom ticket for themself-*
-You may enter for free adoptables, but no bias shall occur when judging comes around-
-You do not have to be very active as I understand real lives do get busy; but if you feel that you aren't active enough to be a part of staff, PM me to talk about it<3-
-Sheer #50, #100, #150 etc are special Sheer and are to be left to me to design-
-^however, if you'd like to design a special, pm me with your idea and we'll work it out!-
