As a general question: how human are we allowed to make the horses? Does it need to be realistic, or can we make then function and think more like humans?

Generally, people seem to make their Tolters more 'human-like', and give them personalities that reflect people. So if you'd like to make your Tolter have human-like characteristics when it comes to what makes them, them, you're free to!

No, its against the rules to ask for a custom but artists do offer them fairly often in the fanclub. Another way to get a tolter would be to ask for slots and then wait for an artist to open up breeding slots and submit a breeding c:
