To everyone waiting for a custom to be accepted: don't agree to anything just yet! Once I've sorted out a few real life problems I will be discussing a possible price reduction with the rest of the staff. Note that it might not come into effect until much later on in the year or might not happen at all, but I feel that (due to a number of PMs and issues in the past) the dispute over payment needs to be addressed~
