I have been seeing this a lot, so I am going to take a moment to address it and clear this up!
While I think it would be good for everyone to take a quick little refresher look at the nursery rules, here is the one I want to highlight;

- Once you post a form for a slot you cannot delete it to switch artists if a new artist posts. You can repost if your form is not chosen by the original artist, after they have selected their slots.

Once you post a nursery form for an open artist, that form as well as the pair submitted are locked in and cannot be used elsewhere until the artist has chosen the winners of their slots. (Excluding the use of a bull with a different partner) That means once the form is posted, you cannot repost the same form if another artist opens their slots before the previous has chosen the winners for theirs, and you cannot reuse the pair unless it was not chosen by the first artist.

For example:
Lets say I open up slots, and Micki posts a breeding between King and Chai. Then, a few hours later before I have chosen the winners of my slots, bluex opens her slots. While Micki can still post a form and be eligible, she cannot post a form between King and Chai.

If Micki waits and does not apply for bluex's slots until I post the winners of my slots, she could then reapply using the same pair she used for my slots.
