If you are interested in adopt a Viscet, follow this link; it will lead you to the main adoptions page ^-^
On the main adoption page you see Viscets that are up for adoption c: Click on the picture of one, that you like, and see what the competition is, that you can enter, in order to win. (however, keep your eyes open for an end date as well, as it is possible, that a competition has already ended.

If you are not sure, which Viscets are UFA and which are not, this post right here lists most of them. However, please still pay attention to the end date, because it is possible, that a competition has already ended, as you are viewing it c:

As you might notice, most Viscets have a little "UFA ♥" in every corner.
If this UFA is white - this means that it is a normal competition that you can enter. For seeing what the competion is about, check out the first post on the individual Viscet's page.
If this UFA is green - this means that the Viscet can be acquired via DeviantART. Most of the time this means, that the Viscet costs DA-points or actual cash.
If this UFA is blue - this means, that the Viscet can be bought with stubs, which are Viscet-own currency. You get stubs various ways - find out here how
If this UFA is yellow - this means, that the Viscet costs C$ (ChickenDollar - aka ChickenSmoothie's currency)

You might have also noticed, that some Viscets do have a red "CM" or pink "RU" instead of a colored "UFA".
These Viscets are not up for adoption, as they are either Custom Made (CM) or "Runner Ups" (RU) to already finished competitions.
Customs you can buy - Here is the information on that

The Viscets here are not up for adoption (except if users decide to put their batches up for adoption), as this is the Hatchery, were you can adopt eggs, as long as you own at least one other (grown-up) Viscet.
Viscets have the Nursery, in which you breed two Viscets of opposite gender
And we have the Hatchery, in which you can adopt abandoned eggs

you can find more information on the sites; but currently my main point is, that these Viscets are not for adoption (except if a user decides to put them up for adoption)
