could I have scarring across his eyes? it would be a burn scar diagonally? as long as it hits both his eyes rendering him fully blind I don't mind if the artist takes creative liberty to make it look cool or whatever lol.

If it'd be too complicated I wouldn't mind maybe just a couple diagonal slashes across his face? It's easy enough to switch the backstory from a forest fire to an attack of some sort. but if thats too major then he can just be naturally blind.
