I am sorry if this has already been asked Q.Q College has caused my eyes to skim over wall texts so it's likely I could have missed it. However, is it possible to tame a Tvetyal if we adopted it wild? And also, is it possible to change a Tvetyal to rideable if it was Domestic?
These answers will affect how I deem which ones to apply for. I so want a rideable one x.x

Yes Wild Tvetyals are able to be ridden if correctly trained to do so if its height is over 55 inches. It is the same for the Domestic ^__^
The size requirement has to be met for it to be strong enough to carry a rider~

{ On that same note, I've been wondering if the smaller Tvet's (let's go with Casimir for an example and say 36") are they potentially capable of carrying small children around? Naturally not as like....a regular thing, but on the off chance if I was writing a story and there was some goofy kid who wanted a ride...would they have the strength/ability to do that for a short time?

The reason for the height limit is due to the fact that their weight comes into play c:
Tvets are only able to carry 20% (on weight closer to 55) to 25% (on weight closer to 66 or even beyond).
So we can approximate that 36" Tvet would approximately weight 132lbs.(possibly more if thicker boned, that is up to you) If you would to take 20% of that, he would only be able to carry about 26lbs worth of.. things or people.
Does this clear things up? [:

and generally keep in mind that they are "sea divers", jumping off of cliffs or swimming underwater to catch their prey. Having thicker bones and weight is generally is not a common trait for them since they are not deep sea divers.
