As of today, any potions you'd wish to apply to a batch must be applied during the request, as in, in your form. This because allowing users to request potions afterwards can simply cause too many problems, as the artist may not always be ready to carry through with it. For example, buying a Mutation potion just before the Juvenile stage would require unforeseen line edits that the artist may not have time to do, as it was too last-minute. I, personally, always finish the design itself before actually doing the egg so that when the day comes I can simply update it immediately, but if someone were to request a potion to change that I may not have the time to make the changes.
The only potion applicable after submitting a form is the PPS potion, which can be applied at any time before the adult stage.

You can find a list of Viscets currently up for adopt here. This is the nursery, where they are bred, but you can also adopt babies here. Each one is hosted differently by the artist, so you have to click one to actually find out how to adopt it. The artist should provide a basic form to follow. We try to make way for anyone of any skill level/type, so some may be art, coding, writing, image, or name, etc, based.
