I think for custom everything is possible, With prices of course since prices depends on artist and difficulity...
So yeah everything is allowed but the payment must be fair.

Yes, but it will be a super rare because the fire will be like a gas mane... You would have to pay me with a rare probably and it will take up the one out of your five customs for a super rare. So, yes...
