Anyone is welcome to enter! You don’t need to sign up anywhere.
Sign-ups are only needed for events to get you added to the special event bank.

I was checking the archives and noticed a kalon I won from the spring 2016 event wasn't in there (it was a find a flower in a post "win" and off-base). I was wondering who I should message about this or if I can post in the archive update thread somehow!

You can apply for adopts that are open! The adopts pages should generally have note of if they're still open (and when they end if they are). My best suggestion would be checking Created Pets 2 to spot any adopts or readoptions currently open!
