i only get one form for my adopts vs a lot of forms for every other adopt. rip. well, i guess my taste is 100% different from others. :,) i'm going to maybe try something a little different next time? i will do this adopt like i did years ago.
edit; i did it, i regret it, im switching back to how i do adopts now.
