If I overheard right, then is it really possible to by Stubs/Tier Tickets with C$?
Tbh, that really confused me and I'm not going to give any names out to what baffled me, (And I seriously doubt that it's true)

No, stubs can't be bought with CS; they just serve as an alternate method of buying things rather than using C$ or DA points

May I ask a question about special mentions?

Does the judging artist have to point out that you may get a stub, or is all we have to do link to the thread where we got the mention? For example:

"_____ had a very nice form, I would like to award them x1 stub for their effort"

or

"_____ created a lovely character, and was a close second. "
