I have a question. ^^ I adopted a custom that was a re-adopt (the original owner didn't want him anymore) and I wonder if that counts as 1 custom? I'm okay if it does but I wanted to make sure I don't break any rules (because I just ordered a custom for myself)

No, because you adopted it. It isn't not YOUR custom, but A custom. It'll just be counted as another Deerssert to your group.
