Affiliates are like.. advertising, basically! Two species owners sometimes have each others' species in the affiliates section, as a sort of "advertisement". They don't really have too much more of a benefit aside from advertising haha

i've been wondering about this for a while and haven't found a definitive answer yet so i've decided to post here,
is a user allowed to breed two of their own kalons (as long as it's not incestuous or anything like that) or is breeding only between multiple different kalon owners?

A user can breed their own two kalons without any other users being involved! nvn (as long as the rest of the breeding rules are followed, ofc)

Could cutting or braiding/platting a kals hair count as an accessory?

Users are allowed to create a separate reference for their Kalon with an alternate hairstyle, however, the color and length must remain the same.

For example, if a user had a Kalon with long, wavy brown hair that falls to their legs, they are allowed to create a second reference of that Kalon with their hair swept up in a ponytail, but it must remain brown, wavy, and long.

The Kalon's original reference must be used for breedings.

If you wanted to change the length of your Kalon's hair, or make their hair curly as apposed to straight, you would need a hair edit.

yes, art pieces are fine! You just can’t make a new ref of the kalon itself/ make changes to its original reference.
