Hello all, I hope this message finds you in good health! I know that schools have started back up for almost everyone by now, so I'm hoping classes are going well for those of you attending!

Unfortunately, this is not the exciting announcement many have hoped for and does bear some sad news. A lot of thought, time, and energy has been put into the fate of this species and what might be the best move for it. After so much thought, I've come to the conclusion that the adopts sided of Buttermilks will be coming to a permanent close. They've had such a good run for the last many years, and so many friendships have blossomed and grown as a result.
That being said, the Discord server will remain open and everyone will continue to have access to it, as well as access to all of the channels including #questions-and-suggestions where I will be able to continue answering any questions anyone might have, from now and into the future!

While adopts will be closed, the breeding thread will remain open and will pick up some activity sometime soon. This way, members will be able to use up any slots they've been storing up, any pairs they've been dying to use, and any items they have earned during previous events!

If you have any questions my DMs are always open, or you can feel free to ping me directly in the Discord server. I have started to check in there several times a day and will be readily available as well as on CS!

You can no longer get one through adopts but there are still a few ways you can still get one.
Breeding slots: I'd recommend joining the discord for this one. Sometimes people raffle off their Buttermilks breeding slots and look for trading slots with other "currency" (art, other slots, etc.)
Readoptions: This is also advertised on the discord and are a good way to get a Buttermilk that once was an adopt.
In short joining the discord would be the best way to getting a buttermilk,if you have any more questions the discord is the perfect place to ask, if your unable to get discord or can't get it I would recommend PMing Spring

giving away my buttermilks to whoever wants them, just PM me to claim. this is not FCFS, as i would prefer for my moos not to go to someone who hoards them, so to give other people who may have less bms a chance. all of them have TH pages so i'd prefer they go to someone with TH accs they keep active and updated, but this is not a requirement
