it is timing to, if your not on when the pm comes you miss it, and people not on the list can get there first too, also timing. but because of the limit, even if you’re on the list and on line, but you have the limit, you can't adopt

plus anyone can get on or off at will

this will also prevent people spamming/whining that they just missed a chupy

oh, and in the pm, i won't send the link so it gives everyone else a little time
