Quick question lovelies. There is someone on Instagram using this sweets as a coat for his character (which he slightly changed), who said the owner (Merlin's Heir) gave him to this Instagram account. And I am concerned for art theft, so did ownership change on this cutey?

Hmmm. I don’t personally have an Instagram account so can’t really help much on that side but most definitely contact Neri about this, if she hasn’t already seen your message. The designs of the khims made were never to be edited as far as I’ve been aware, as the artist created the design solely for use within khims. I’m neither admin or archivist, so unless Neri or Beardy were contacted prior I’d say it’s a safe bet to be wary about it.

I don't know of a ownership change, I don't have instagram so I can't do much, we would need to see if Merlin says something to it
