For the most part, yes only males can be. Sometimes a female may overpower a male, but it is generally a male only position. I'd say its rarely ever a female

I have been a moderator for a few sites and at least one thread on here. I've also been an archivist a few times and can usually keep up. Running an event thread would be a little different but I'm confidant I can keep up.
