I might be reading into this too hard, but I’ve noticed different backgrounds for some of the founders/adopts. Does this symbolize where they might be located on Aeolia or what time of day they usually lurk around at? (Ex: Gweiadur has the beach as a background)

Not necessarily! Usually I put a background that compliments the design the most, but you could interpret it like that for character purposes! <33

(Future world events will have exclusive backgrounds though that fit their lore!)
