I am slightly confused by this rule

"A single user cannot refer multiple people, refer themselves, refer me, nor change who they refer. If a user comments multiple times attempting to refer different people, I will silently only record the very first person they referred."

Can someone please explain it?

Yea what -Shaded- said basically. A single person cannot comment multiple times on the main thread with multiple referrals. You can only refer 1 person, and it can't be yourself. If a person DOES try to refer multiple different people, I will only record the first person they "referred", and them alone. They can't be taken back, so.

To get a teir three myo, you would need 25 stubs, which can obviously be gained through referrals, but along with ru trade ins and special mentions cx
